** spoiler alert ** I don’t read thrillers usually, especially ones with missing children. I wouldn’t normally have even thought about it, but the premise was so intriguing! I see mother’s groups all the time, no one ever seems to be watching!!! Also for me, it never felt like Bella was ever going to not be found alive. It’s a who took her for now thriller. It was also very character, and issue based. Not blood and guts at all. I couldn’t work it out at all. I feel like I’ve very much got to see human nature and the politics of small groups up close and personal. I hope Petronella McGovern writes her next one quicker than this one, I cant wait to read more!
