I loved that this was a more realistic love story; second chance love and not being quite ready for your one…completely there for it; also so appreciate being able to think about mental health in a romance. Could not have loved the lake setting and all the nostalgia more. Loved all the Toronto city, coffee shop and business running love too…haha did I mention I loved it?
I only just found Carly Fortune this year and it has been a feast of fat things before me!!! I have loved reading though her back list! I never want to feel dumbed down to reading a rom com and I certainly do not with her novels, they’re the whole package wrapped up in a love story! So fun!
