I devoured this. I was completely on the edge of my seat from page 1. Absolutely loved the premise, the setting, the people and the conclusion..I could feel the storm coming!!!!!!!!!! And obviously am completely there for a 20 year friendship where you’re so tight you aren’t even sure you like each other! I also really appreciated there was the mystery to solve, and it did involve a missing child but it isn’t a gruesome or bloody novel. I think Hannah Richell does characters SO very very well you just know you are in the safest hands and its normal people reacting and acting like you would… or maybe not!!!!
I know Hannah Richell will always be an auto read for me, setting, character and beautifully written; I was afraid I would be too much of a baby for her thriller but it’s cool! I’m braver than I think (hahaha)
