I have read reviews that were really critical of this novel. But I don’t agree! I thought Pineapple Street was delicious! I found it to be universal in its themes of family dynamics, especially when it’s NMF and funny. It is about richer than rich people but it’s sweet and insightful and so much fun! I loved it
And I find myself thinking about these characters through my day, imagine living in other people’s memories, imagine being that rich (maybe I wish!) imagine being able to play tennis…ahh these people have really stayed with me!
