Thrillers are not my happy place. I don’t enjoy being scared. I never have. But I have read and enjoyed heaps more this year that I have ever. I just couldn’t get into this one, I finished it but probably shouldn’t have. I didn’t connect with anyone. I didn’t care at all for the story.
