I get to review and recommend a book most months in the Lane Cove Village Observer. I always feel abit like Carrie Bradshaw doing it! I pull out my laptop, I stare wistfully out to space..I probably spend way too long on it! I think it’s a real honour!
This month I went with the new Kelly Rimmer novel; The Midnight Estate. I loved this one. So different from her other novels, so Australian, so gothic…see now I’ve actually tucked my chair in and have my head resting on my palm while I just sit here reflecting on what a great novel it is and gosh I’m so lucky to be a reader!! I’ll get back to my podcast editing now haha
