This was my second try at this book; I am a manager, I had my own cafe. I see this book recommended constantly. The first time I didn’t make it; luxury of having a dad guide you in an industry you wanted to be a part of since childhood…of course it’s easy to create a beach in the ballroom when you have all the resources behind you..if it worked to be unreasonable my shop would have been able to relocate etc…
But this time around ahhhhh I have gotten pages of inspiration: so it just shows right time right place! I even wonder if I only got to page 30 earlier 🤦♀️ Systematise excellent, don’t be afraid to really go after a goal, refine and learn from mistakes, the 95/5 rule, think about the next step…and yeah give away hotdogs when you can…I love it!!! Simon Sinek here I come hahaha
